Never Got my Doll

Debbie Kirkpatrick is a fraud! She took $77 from me for a Chica doll and never sent it! I ordered the doll on September 28 and only received complaint after complaint from her. I can't believe she would do this to people who only wanted to surpise their children with a toy they would love and cherish!
