I electronically overpaid a bill to Comcast in the amount of $739.16 instead of $158.70 on the 6th of Feb.
I immediately called and ask the they return the $580.46 the over payment and was assured they would. The check cleared on the 8th
Today I called and they have no record of my call nor can they return the over payment until the 21st of Feb. As it takes 8 days to process.
Comcast is very hard to work with and if there was another provider in my area I certainly wouldn't have Comcast.
