E aware of comcast phone #s! There are several phone #s that claim to be comcast, will take your order, all your critical info, but they are not comcast!
Saveology is one of these companies! They are a total scam! Don't believe what they are saying! They are not comcast. Comcast will have no record of your transaction. Sadly, comcast allows this deception to go on!
My experience is the same as the other complaints. Read them, they all have the same issues!
