The laundry room dryer noise continues at all hours of the day and night. Each year, I am certain that the Hercules Corporation makes millions of dollars in profit and I don't understand why they won't fix or replace their 30 year plus dryers. I would like to nominate the Hercules Corporation for the worst customer service in the New York City area award.
