Paid $200 cash but told to pay another $219

My total bill was $325. I paid Comcast $200 in cash at the Comcast store. I had Comcast for only 3 months. Then they tell me that I have to pay another $219 in order to maintain the service on top of the 200 already paid. That equalled over 400 on a bill that was only 325 bucks.
