I ordered 2 pair of pants True R. And some Armani shirts. But then they sent me different ones so i returned it. Emailed them and called the customer service numerous times but no success. So i found this Jizzletech charges on my credit card with their Phone number and called them. A guy answered it and he is so full of it that he said he hasn't open the packages yet because of too many returns and i asked them why is that you're not responding to my email. He said they have so many things to do first. So i said don't auto reply an inquiry to expect a reply from you for 1-2 days. Coz buyers are expecting for reply which you don't do.
So the guy was like a douchebag losing his temper and rude and i said ill just dispute this charges to my credit card and forget your business and report you to BBB. So he calmed down and says ok sir pls. Give us a 4-5 days. I said no ill give you one day and if not then I'm join to dispute and report your website to BBB to shut down your business. He said ill make it work for you sir...
Well, i learned my lesson and to those consumers that has plans to buy a merchandises from this website. Pls. Goggle first the reviews and complains about certain retail websites before placing an orders. May this experiences help us all. Just be careful shopping online. Thanks!
