No refund for returned merchandise, misleading advertising Ripoff

On 12/13/06, I purchased a 14K gold chain from Pricerock.com's website for $85.51, which was paid via paypal. I received the chain 10 days later. Following Pricerock's return policy on their website, I returned the chain in its original box and invoice via USPS with delivery confirmation. According to the USPS tracking number, Pricerock received my return on 1/5/07. I also included a letter requesting that the returned chain be exchanged for a different chain, which was advertised on their website for $120.73. Thus, I included a personal check for $32.22 for the difference between new chain and the returned chain. Pricerock's website states that returns are processed within 10 business days. It has been 2 weeks and Pricerock has not sent me the requested exchange, has not cashed my check, and has not contacted me. I have sent numerous email messages to Pricerock, each of which was responded to with the same auto reply. I have called Pricerock (1-888-465-3810), but their phone is answered by a recording. I have left a voicemail message, but nobody has called me back.
Finally, the bottom of Pricerock's website shows icons for Yahoo! Shopping (with the max 5 star customer rating), Shopping.com, Shopzilla (with an outstanding customer rating), and Epinions.com. None of these icons are linked to the respective websites. Moreover, Pricerock is not listed in either Yahoo! Shopping's or Shopping.com's merchant directories. And, Shopzilla and BizRate's websites show no rating nor reviews for Pricerock. Thus the icons at the bottom of their website are misleading, if not deceptive advertising.
