Run Away as fast as you can!

I placed an online order with this company on 22June. My second order. The first order went thru just fine. My sister in law has used this company for almost 3 years. Orders about every month... But... When I placed my order on 22June... And it is now 2July and no reply or product I began calling the company. Called 6 times in 3 days. Emailed their "customer service".. Tried to fax. But the fax would not go thru. Finally called using the menu item for "placing a new order" thinking they would surely pick up the phone for a new order... But NOT! I tried again. This time a guy answered. I said " OH. You are still open for business... I was beginning to wonder..." He hung up on me. So, the good thing is they did not charge my credit card. And I will dispute the charges if they try... So, Do NOT USE this company if you want a product... Because you will never get it. They will be out of business shortly anyway... So you won't be able to reorder. So, do yourself a huge favor. And go elsewhere... Find a company that needs and wants the business and offers a true service you can count on. Evidently the owner of this company doesn't care about his reputation among his friends. How embarassing to own a company that rips people off and is such a joke to so many people. There are complaints all over the web about this company... Buyer Beware!
