Cancelled my order a couple hours after I placed it and said that my credit card would not be charged. Checked my credit card balance and it had been charged. No reply back from company

I found a really great deal on a cell phone from letstalk.com. The phone was $99.99 and they would send you a $100 rebate. I ordered the phone with a prepaid credit card. The next time I checked the order status, the website said that my order had been cancelled and that no charge has been made to my credit card.

I checked my prepaid credit card balance online and they had charged my credit card. I e-mailed them once about it and got no reply. I called their customer service line for the next couple days. No reply. 2nd email. No reply.

I'm going to file a dispute with them. Anyone know if there is a chance of me getting my money back?
