I signed up for a ONE day trial of $4.99 so that I could watch a show I wanted. The video froze somewhat and disappointed I just gave up, little did I know that they charged me $10 more and a $. 15 international charge on to my credit card. I was pissed so i asked them to cancel my premium account and that they refund me those charges. I emailed them 3 times tried calling but the number did not work. And finally got Paypal to intervene but they could not help me, they just told me to cancel my reoccurring account. But still what a hassle and what a horrible thing to do.
