SheetMusicArchive.net kept charging my PayPal accounts (two different ones" and will not issue refunds

I kept emailing this company asking them to cancel my account after a free trial. They did not respond, and did not cancel, but instead kept charging my PayPal account.in fact, they charged two different paypal accounts from me, which they said was an oversight on their part. Finally, after filing a complaint, they cancelled the account. But they have issued a refund for only TWO of the 5 or 6 charges they made, combined. "Mo" finally emailed me and said he would take care of it. I emailed him and confirmed the details.

BUT, he has taken no action to correct the situation, and has never contacted me again. This has been going on for months. I am tempted to just forget about the whole thing (they have stopped charging my PayPal account, at least. But why should I let them keep my money?

This company might be okay to deal with, but if they make a mistake, they will not correct is, as far as my experience goes. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

More important, I think that you can use their sight WITHOUT giving them any personal information anyway. I mean, I don't think that you have to give them any payment information to use their downloading service. Try it. But if you do, JUST BE VERY SAFE AND CAREFUL This is just an FYI.
