We paid Videobb. Comthis a one-time fee to watch 1 movie.
We did not sign up for a membership or agree to have our credit card billed on a automatic and recurring basis, by Videobb.com.
The next month, PayPal sent an e-mail alert that it could not send funds to Videobb.com because we had not setup a automatic bill payment for Videobb.com.
We replied to PayPal that we did not agree to a automatic bill payment for Videobb.com and we do not owe Videobb.com any money.
We also sent Videobb.com the same information.
20 days later PayPal sent an e-mail alert stating that it released 9.99 to videobb, from our credit card - and notified us there was an outstanding balance due to Videobb.com, again, despite the fact that we have not setup a automatic bill payment for Videobb.com.
Videobb.com has a Paypal account: paypal@videobb.com
We believe, PayPal illegally transferred money from out credit card to their client, Videobb.com's Paypal account.
We filed a complaint with PayPal and we notified our bank.
After our bank credits our account - we plan to remove / delete our Paypal account because Paypal illegally transferred money from our credit card to Videobb.com
Both Paypal and Videobb are scams, in our book.
