Continuous charge after power play membership cancellation

Cancelled Power Play membership in December. Received print out stating membership cancelled and no further charges after 1-4-10.
Reviewed credit card activity and noticed HOLLYWOOD VIDEO charged credit card on 1-5-10 for 27.05.
Physical Store (Bear Creek) advised to come in and they would refund charge. I want resolution to STOP the charges from reoccurring!
Do we now have to cancel the credit card to stop the reoccurring charges???
