I signed up to watch a movie that i really wanted to see and the link I found on google was for videobb.com to view for a day for $4.99. I signed up through paypal and everything went through fine and then an automatic recurring monthly payment of $9.99 for their "premium" membership was added to my paypal account. I was unable to watch the movie I wanted and it turned out that it's not regular movies you can watch, they are stupid videos that people upload - that wasn't explained during the sign-up process. I then cancelled the recurring payment through my paypal account and emailed videobb.com twice in the past 4 days-no response. I also tried the customer service number that was provided on the site, it's not even a real phone number! I have never paid for a service that I was so disgusted with. I have now gone through paypal to dispute this mess and hopefully it will get fixed and I will get refunded... Learned my lesson, definitely!
