Scam! Rip-off!

I was called up and offered a credit card with a 6% rate and a $1500 credit limit. I was told that a $129.95 charge would be needed to be debited from my account to pay for them reporting to the Credit Bureau every month for the next 6 months. I was then told that I would receive the credit card within 21 business days. They even asked if I would rather like a Visa or Mastercard to which I replied a Visa.

A month later I don't receive a credit card but instead a package with "info" on how to sign up with several different other cards. I call the number and am told that this is what I signed up on and would not be receiving any credit card from them! This is a SCAM and I hope many people read this before going through with it.
