Ripoffed Credit Scam

This Company called me and told me that I was approved for a $500 Credit Card Visa or Mastercard. They told me all I had to do was to have a valid Checking Acct.,
and be over 18 years old.

All I had to pay was $129.95 out of my Acct. Electronically on a certain day, I would receive a letter with 3 Banks ready to Approve me for the card.

All I had to do when I receive the information from the Banks, is to choose which Card I wanted Master or Visa, they told me that I was already approved for a $500 Credit Limit.

I received my package & letter today, with a list of Banks
that I called, and they knew nothing about this Company's
program. I feel that this is so wrong. I was really embarrased, here I am calling these Banks, and they don't even know that I exist.

When I called the Company for a Refund they said that I was denied the refund, because I am elgible for a $500 Card from one of the Banks.
