Bruce Ely they sold me a lemon, also asked for the carfax didnt give it to me quoted, the car has not been in any accidents. Also tryed to put me another car because he said it was his fault and couldnt finance

I and a freind went to a tent sale at st augustine, and was aproched by a seller are you looking for a car to buy, i said yes im really just looking first thank you, then he said well i can help you into a nice car if you would like to look around so i did, then i asked about a certain one and he said this would be a better car for yand our needs mind you, im a single women in my 50s and have 2 children to take care of ages 13 and 17 so i asked him which one was the one you wanted me to look at, opened the doors of the kia and said its fits you, i asked has it been in any accidents he said of course not i wouldnt sell you a car that i thought you would have problems with down the road, asked him for car fax he said he would get it later which he never did. Then found out the cars not evenworth 5 grand im paying 19 percentage rate for 72 months, also tryed to call him back never returned my phone calls the seller that is who is Stacey Burnside sale agent for town and country, i called the owner he said im sorry dont let that car go for 10,000 bring it to me ill put you in another car i said ok took car back the 2008 kia rondo and put me in a 2010 chrysler sebring and said he was sorry that it was his fault, twice he said that, took the car home 1or 2 weeks later told me i had to bring the car back, i asked him why we couldnt finance this car for you because of the 5,000 neg in the kia 2008 and i said well you told me everything was fine with the financing im sorry but we have o take the car back, i was very upset and asked if there was another way he said no i said your the reason im in this position to begin with, and sais im sorry i thought i could do it, and mind you its 2 and half hours from were i live, so they said we will send someone out to get the car and return the kia back to me with no gas dirty and i didnt deserve that, like i was a nobody, that is why im asking for your help please with all i have, thank you deborah Palm Coast fl.
