False info from dealer to sale a lemon ca

I bought a vehicle from harold at the dealership listed above he said that he drove the car and it was in good condition and that i didnt have to worry about the car i drove the car off the lot half way home less than a mile away the car started heating up badly i took it home and kept it parked until the next day because the lot was closing when i took it back the next day the owner said that he will not fix it is sold as is but by it being under 24hours and the weekend i was intitled to my money back and the car was still in his name under lemon law i still have 30 days to bring car back if problems occur and under 48 hours for a refund harold told me and other witness the he never drove the car or checked it out which was different from what he told me prior to buying the car. He said half the cars on the lot he didnt drive or test for road worthy he sold me a car he didnt know was drivable and that is fraud for him to put a price on a car thats not checked on his co worker said it was a peace of s... When i pulled up with it smoking also i gave him all i had im a single mother with three kids we dont have no transportation and he took all i had im with no money nor a car the car is on his lot as we speak now i dont have possession of the car he does anyone sholud be carefull of this dealership they do not have a heart he even asked me told go half on any major repairs on the car i told him to just give me my money back he said no i am torn by this i dont know what to do please help me my number is 313 808-2296 thank you and Godbless
