Frank Pena - Marshal Clark - Nick Condena Took the car back, Led me to believe i owned the car when i didnt biggest liers in the car industrie

The people at sands chevrolet led me to believe they would do anything to help me get a vehicle. When i went thru financing I told 4 people that i didnt want to drive off the lot if they couldnt finance me. They assured me several times that my credit was good enough and that i wouldnt have to worry. I told them more than 5 times do not let me leave and call me 3 days later and tell me to bring the car back. They promised me that would never happen. 23 days went by i figured the car was mine, I purchased insurance for the car, they made me buy insurance before i left the lot, i also tinted the windows, and put in a new stereo system. Keep in mind my name was also on the registration. On the 26th day they called me and said to bring the car back, they couldnt finance me. I told them about all the stuff i put in the car and on it and i had already paid insurance. They told me that was my fault, and if i didnt bring the car back they would report it stolen. I was never reimbursed for the tint, stereo, or insurance they said that was my loss, and there was nothing they could do. When i asked how come they took so long to call me and notify me that i couldnt be financed no one could answer this question, they said it happens all the time to the people they try to help, so i should just deal with it. Ive made complaints to the BBB and the Attorney General, thats how bad this experience was. Im afraid to try again if this is how they treat customers. If u do shop there do not speak to Frank Pena OR Marshal Clark they do not care what happens to you
