False info on car to sale vehicle

I bought a vehicle from harold at the above car lot he told me that the car was in good condition and that he just drove the car when i left the lot half way to my home less than a mile away it started over heating badly i parked the car in my drive way and retrurned the car the next day under 24 hours and asked for the car to be fixed harold said no the car is sold as is i told him under lemon law i still have 30 days for it to be repaired and under 48 hours to get my money back. I asked him if you drove the car you would have known it was over heating he then said to me and some witnesses that he never drove that car and he never drove half the cars on the lot so he sold me a car that was traded in without test driving it and fraudulently put a price on the car to sale it the car even had a spare tire on it that i notice that day any car lot dont susposed to sale a car with a spare on it i gave this man all i had im a single mom and what i do is for my children now i have no money and no car and im hurt by this the car is still in his name the paperwork has not been transfered into my name being that its was the weekend but he still refuse to give me my money back please help me my number is 313 808-2296 thank you.
