I paid on website every month.in December, i got a bill for $403.73. They said my meter was not being read for 5 months and they averaged my bill. Where did amounts come from that i paid on website? The bill is already outrages. I pay average $75 per month for a 2 member family. About $40 before my water usage is added. They said basically i was not getting any adjustments and they would set up payment arrangements. So what, pay $100 per month!
