Txu electric crooks, and know it ripoff

In the month of September I received my electric bill of 800 and some dollars, with a statement at the bottom noting that the meter was not read but was an average billing. Called txu was told they would correct but for now pay $337.50. So next months bill comes in at around $1750.00, sent an email stating that i think there is a mistake on my bill. For meter was read from 00000, which is what was put on months before bill since there was no reading, and added to current meter reading, I did the math and came up with $203.70 for my bill total. I received a reply from a customer service rep. Who stated that upon looking at last month and year before meter reading there was a mis-read, but I need to go ahead and call to make arrangements for payment. My bill is due tomorrow they have now turned off my electricity as of 10/19/06, and they keep me on hold, and do not return any of my emails anymore. My father was nearby when they were shutting power off he spoke with the gentelman and told him the situation, even the txu worker agreed that bill is not correct, and that he would not pay it, also stated thet he knows they just give you the run around. So here I am a single mother of three, with no electricity having to stay with my parents till I can get power, because it take a week to get new service plus, I have to pay a deposit, and have to somehow pay txu, or it will be put on my credit. So you see they are crooks and know it.
