When I first moved in this Apartment Complex there was a Flatrate of 20_$ of Water every month. And since Feb. 2006 they Office told us that they will charge us Water per usage every month and that the average will be between fourty and fifty bucks.in March my bill was 54.32,04 59.36,05 63.65,06 61.34,07 63.72,08 73.90,09 78.65 Dollars.

As you can see my bill is going up every month. And the silliest thing is we don't see the actually bill. It's combined with the rent. How do we know how much we really use if there is no Meter for each apartment. They go after apartment usage which include the fill up on the two pools we have and jacuzzi and so on.

The Guy at the office said they count the heads in the family regardless if you have a Baby or not. My friends owe a house and their bill is about 100, - to 125.- every three month. Can someone help me with this rip off? I would really appreciate it.
