I purchased a web stick from T mobile sales representative in 2009 and was paying my bills, even though I have limited use of it then. But in most cases, i found it difficult to connect the intranet. However, when i started schooling and had need for it, the problem of poor connection continued, and at any point, i will contact the technical support for trouble shooting, this trouble shooting was performed almost 5 times and yet, the same problem continued to a point were i was getting frustrated, and I called them to cancel the service, basesd on what one of the technician has told me that the services may be poor in my area. And i went to another carrier paying higher amount but i am certified with the service. T mobile kept billing me every month along with my other regular cell-phone, not knowing that they are billing me for the other cancelled line. At a point when i asked why my bill is so high, they informed me that they have suspended the line, that i should write the corporate office nand request for a waiver of this termination fee which i wrote the letter and never received any response.in December, when i want to pay my bill the customer service person now informed me that i still have a pending termination fee for $200.00 but if i will like to go into contract with them on my regular phone, that she will remove this termination fee. I consented to this. And made my regular payment after the rebate she offered me.
Suprisingly, I called today to make a payment, and i was been told that my bill is $372.00, of which what she told me during the contract is false, she had told me that my monthly bill will be less than $70.00 a month unlimited package, To my utmost dismay, this arrangement did not take place, rather they were charging me extra $37.00 for over using the internet on my phone line, meaning that she entered limited internet access in the contract which is totally against the initial arrangement, takiung advantage of persuading me into contract on the phone, even when i tried 6 times refusing not to be on contract, but she kept pushing untill i consented. You may request for the information and track conversations i had with them. I would want this matter investigated further. Thank you.
