Taking advantage of a 8 year loyal custome

My contract was over with a cell company that I have been with for 8 years. I have always renew my contract, but this time the rep said if I renewed my contract I could upgrade my cell get a credit of $200.00 dollars and just go to a station and pick out my phones. I said ok, when I went to pick out the phones I was told I needed to come up with at least $90.00 dollars. When I called the company and told them that I was mislead and to cancel the contract I was told it was to late and if I canceled now I would have to pay $200.00 cancelation fee. I have never had to pay for cell phones with this company and now they wanted to pay 2 years for phones and pay all this money up front. Yes this was a ripoff
