Nextel
Ripoff company they won't cancel the contract because they say the phone don't have to work for them to fullfill their part

We own a farm and have A T & T phones for years but we decided to switch to Nextel because of the 2way radio feature. We got 4 phones and took the phones home.in our area they do not work well you feel like the commercial can you hear me now I have called them they told me the contract doesn't state that they will work and I'm stuck for the rest of the year. 4 phones come out to about 400.00 per month. I even tried to reason and say ok I signed the contract but at least lower the plan they told me to do that they would extend the contract another year. Great help they are.
