Indifferent service

Our trash collection was overlooked and we called the company the afternoon of the missed service. The representative apologized for the oversight and scheduled a pick up, assuring us it would occur that same day. It did not.

We called the following morning. The representative we spoke with saw in the records that the service had been scheduled but the work ticket closed prior to the collection. He rescheduled it for the following business day before 12 noon. There was still no collection. We called a total of FIVE times that day and received promise after promise the collection would occur immediately and that a supervisor would call to discuss the situation. It never happenened and two bins remain curbside awaiting pick up.

We are in the process of moving and specifically ordered an extra bin during this time; not having the receptacles for the extra trash incurred by the moving process has been extraordinarily difficult, inconvenient and beyond frustrating.

We cannot believe the total indifference of this company in resolving THEIR error and the complete lack of professionalism and common courtesy of a supervisor never responding to our situation of following up with us.

We have been customers for almost five years and are stunned that no one cares to do anything to resolve or even address this situation. I would encourage anyone to seriously consider switching their service provider before finding themselves in a similar impossible situation.
