Fraud/Sexual Harassment

Our organization and that I were employed by Richard Eason in March to complete some advertising. Within the span of the strategy, issues were proceeding nicely, visits were being established and there have been no issues. Up to a couple weeks before, issues slowed up and that I informed Mr. Eason that people must proceed this in Jan because there have been some leads/appts established for January anyhow. He declined and stated he needed a return. I mentioned good, I'll deliver it on the first. I wound up delivering it a few times later, that will be turned on. About the fifth, he began publishing damaging issues about my organization, bothering me and my team, threatening my entire life and stating he would "hit my minds out" when the cash did not appear.

The moment I noticed these evaluations, I stopped fee. Sorry but I dont believe i owe anybody something whenever you jeopardize my entire life and begin publishing grievances that are not true.

Mr. Eason went so far as delivering an image of his genitals and stating "you f*ked me over and so Iam likely to f*k you back". I actually donot understand without a doubt if it had been their own, but in either case, you simply do not do this.

Whats interesting is the fact that Rich Eason is just a total fraud herself. Discuss calling the pot black! After performing some study of my very own, he stated he used-to be an examiner for Wake County Authorities, arrived at discover he never was. He's published many grievances about my organization which are false and it has named and emailed people nonstop the past week. I've since approached my lawyer to record match for slander and nuisance. This person is just a total psychopath.
