Refusal to collect residential trash - Residential Trash Collection

On Friday July 8 at 3:00, I called Waste Management as our trash had not yet been collected. The representative I spoke with apologized for the oversight and told me the collection would occur before six that evening. It did not.
I called the following morning and spoke with Tom, who was very helpful and friendly. He confirmed the request had been put in Friday afternoon but showed as completed, though no pick up had occurred. He put in another request, hoping it would happen Saturday and if not, would happen Monday before noon. No collection occurred, either Saturday or Monday morning.

Today, Monday July 11, I called Waste Management. Three times. I was apologized to and assured that the collection was once again scheduled and that a supervisor would be calling me. No collection, no phone call.

My fiancé called twice. Same assurances, same lack of response, lack of results and complete and utter absence of professionalism, concern and follow through.

As I type this at 7:29 Monday evening, our TWO very full garbage bins remain at the curb. We have been in the process of moving and had requested the additional bin to accomodate the extra trash. As I explained ad nauseum to every one I spoke with we DESPERATELY need those bins empty as we finalize the moving process.

I have NEVER met with such indifference with a service company. It is utterly ridiculous and infuriating to not even receive the courtesy of a phone call or any follow up from a supervisor. This is NOT a complicated situation: we ask ONLY that we receive the service we pay for on the scheduled date.
