Bought cellp hone 1000 minute card with 1 year expiration date on july. Company cut off service with card balance of $46 (460 minutes) while claiming zero moinutes left. Sterling va. Company store clerk clames they had no record of my having purchased such prepaid card but did not explain how i was able to use $54 of the card. Asked to see a receipt which i had discarded. They refuse to accept american express statement showing payment to tmobile of $100 at time of purchase of. Card
