Spent Savings on This Site for Christmas!

I went looking for the pink and blue Innopad for my kids for Christmas. So, I ordered them on this site and left specific instructions that I wanted to cancel the blue order and proceed with the pink one as this was over 500$. I also left instruction that I wanted the game princess or fairies, and to contact me before items were shipped!

Two days later i get an email saying my order has shipped and contained 2 blue Innopads 2 Mickey Mouse Club house games and no cancelled items? I've sent over 5 emails and no response back. Now my lil girl will get a 250$ boys present instead of a girls! This company has done NOTHING to try and fix this for me. I've left messages phone numbers and email to contact me but no one replies. I'm so angry and hurt they did this. I cant afford anymore gifts for my kids, I was originally so happy about this and now my heart is broken!
