Disappointment

I have worked at McDonald's for two years total while living in Missouri. I have recently moved to Atlanta and although I no longer work in fast food I have to say I had my first bad experience at McDonald's. I visited one of your stores on Howell Mill Rd in Atlanta Georgia and not only did I experience bad service my food was not the quality I expect. The manager was rude when I explained that I was missing two of my sandwiches and then got snippy when I asked for straws. When I drove our two block drive home in no traffic so it took all of two minutes I had opened my selects and noticed that they were obviously not fresh they had definitely stayed in the uhc cabinet beyond they're max time. And our fries were soggy and cold. If my drive home was longer than what it was I would've accounted all of this as time sitting in the car or traffic. However the selects gave it away one of them had been broken when removed from the basket no big deal I'll eat a broken one but what should've been white meat was yellowed and hard from sitting in a uhc cabinet. I know it can be a stressful job working at McDonald's but I see no point in being careless as to not paying attention to the times and the safety of your customers. I would appreciate a prompt response whether it is more sercet shoppers to this store or a recap on policies and procedures.
