Cold Food, Missing Sauce and Texting Staff at Sherman Location

I live next to McDonald's and have children. We have been going there for yrs and spending a lot of money. The last 3-4 times I have gone the food was cold, service was only focused on fast not friendly or good. Every time I ask for sauce for the chicken nuggets or maybe a packet of ketchup I don't ever seem to get it and when I get home after spending the time and the money I do expect to have some sauce for my cold nuggets. I have told the children do not ask to go to McDonald's any more we have to many other fast, friendly, hot food places that will give me ketchup and I will wait in line for fresh cooked food. It is not a speed contest. The only people working at this location is a bunch of kids who are standing at the drive through window and texting their friends on their phones. I'm sick of it. We will not go back.
