Pre orders complaint - pre orders

Pre ordered Despicable Me Blue Ray dvd pack. Plush minion came with pre orders. This was part of Christmas gift. They didn't set aside any of the pre orders. Went to pick up my order on release day. Dec. 14th. And was told they put all minions out that morning and there were none left. Spoke with the manager, Levi, and he said he would try to find one because no one had any idea if maybe some were put aside for pre orders. Said he would call me and he never did. Wasn't returning my phone calls. I contacted Customer Service. They couldn't get through because no one answered the phone. They eventually got through and Levi called me back. He wasn't very happy or plesant. He said he would buy one fron Amazon if he coulsn't find one. I called to see if he had any progess in finding one and he's just not calling me back. I think he's hoping I'll just go away. NOT! I found these minions for sale at Universal Studios gift shop on line. They are a lot cheaper than Amazon. They have all 3 minions for $27.00. This has been going on 6 weeks now. I spend a lot of money at Best Buy and can't believe this is how they treat their customers. I just spent approximately $1000.00 on my son's birthday. This would have been spent at Best Buy but I'm not very happy with this whole thing. I think my neice should now get the 3 pack of minions instead of one because Santa is making her wait so long. I could buy this myself but it's the principle now. It seems that when things go wrong Best Buy deals with it by not dealing with it. I'm preety sure there is some kind of consequence for not putting asise pre orders. If I don't have this resolved soon then I will proceed with this matter further. Sorry for sounding like a witch but I don't appreciate being trated the way I have been.
