Amazon market unfair, rude, cheatead, unproffesional, liars

Amazon canceled. My account with open orders they didn't even care if my orders arrvied they canceled my account because I made to many refunds according. To then but a lot of thee iteams didn't look anything like the advertising and a lot of times my order didn't arrive they are very incosiderate they are rude I spoke to someone Nam Darren p batus executive customer relations he was not understanding and made up invaild reasons to cancel my account he didn't help all they can say is that I made extrodinary refunds well its not mu fault that iteams were damaged or missing or some didn't even arrive so how can the terminate my account while I have open orders or problems with past orders Amazon is not fair and there whole customer service was not fair and there poicly is bs
