Account Closed With Open Orders for Excessive Refunds

Amazon canceled. My account with open orders they didn't even care if my orders arrived they canceled my account because I made too many refunds according. To then but a lot of thee items didn't look anything like the advertising and a lot of times my order didn't arrive they are very inconsiderate they are rude

I spoke to someone Nam Darren p batus executive customer relations he was not understanding and made up invalid reasons to cancel my account he didn't help all they can say is that I made extraordinary refunds well its not my fault that items were damaged or missing or some didn't even arrive so how can the terminate my account while I have open orders or problems with past orders Amazon is not fair and there whole customer service was not fair and there policy is bs
