Pre ordering items complaint review

I pre ordered the movie Despicable Me in the Blue Ray pack. If you pre ordered this movie from Best Buy you got a Minion Plush from the movie. I went in on Dec. 14th the release day to pick it up. This was to be a Christmas present. They asked what I ordered and went to the movie section and took one off the shelf. I asked about the minion that was supposed to come with it. They said they put all of them out that morning and there were no more left. No one knew if the 6 pre orders they had were put to the side. The manager Levi said he would call me and let me know. He never did. I called him and left a message and again he didn't call me back. I contacted Customer Service and she couldnt get through because they don't answer their phone. She must have called them again later because this time he called me. He wasn't happy. He said he was still looking and he would buy one from amazon if he had too. It's been 6 weeks now and he doesn't call me back. This was part of a Christmas gift. I spend a lot of money at Best Buy. My sons birthday is this week but I purchased all of his gifts somewhere else. I purchased sub woofers for his car, movies, music, and video games. This all would have been purchased at Best Buy but I don't spend my money at places that treat their customers poorly. This is the Best Buy store located at The Streets at SouthGlenn in Centennial, Colorado. I found the minions for sale at Universal Studios in the gift shop on line. They have all 3 mionion on sale for $27.00. Amazon is asking for a lot more money for one. I'm pretty sure not setting aside pre orders is some kind of violation. I will proceed to look into this if this is not resolved. Now it's not about the Minions but how I've been treated throught this process. I was told by the manager that it's not my fault. No kidding!
