Not worth the high prices!

My hubby and i have had direct tv almost two years now. It have been awful. First off the prices r through the roof. I hate hearing my friends and family say they are getting phone, internet and cable for LESS than i pay just for satellite. It makes it even worse bc half the time our satellite doesnt even work properly. It just changes channels, menus wont come up, or it just goes out and we have to restart everything for no reason at all. When i have called for help i have to wait forever just to get a person that i cant even understand and doesnt understand me. Im just sick of it and cannot wait until our contract is up and then att uverse here we come:) Cant wait!!! I have already saved some of my friends and family from ur HORRIBLE service and i will continue to tell anyone who asks how horrible u have been! U have a lot of changes to make i mean i only see one good review on this whole website i hope that helps perspective customers to stay away from Direct TV!
