$79.95 Service Fee Charged for Realigning Dish Installed Incorrectly

Last year I had directv come out and install hdtv programing on my tv and also last year they were launching new channels and I was busy for the holidays and personal problems til recently so I didn't have time to check my hd reception til recently then last month I finally had time to arrange a time for a directv technician to come out and see what's wrong with my hd
reception. So I called directv and they sent a technician over to fix it. And then this month I got a
79.95 service fee and directv never told me there would be a service fee. The person who came out never told me there be a service fee. I feel like since it was their fault they didn't install it right but directv refuses to give me credit for something that's their fault. They didn't install my dish correctly
