I wanted to buy a oil filled radiator style portable heater from home depot model (Kenwood 1,500-Watt Portable Oil-Filled Digital Radiator Heater Model EW7507EBK) because of great reviews. I went into the store and couldn't find it so I asked a clerk to look up this particular model. She said that she showed 14 in stock and directed another associate to find it for me. We went to where I had already been to find this product was not to be found but he directed me to this model) Honeywell

He then said he could make me a deal on the honeywell, which I turned down because the Honeywell based on reviews was found to be inferior in quality.in conclusion, they say they have the Kenwood, and verify it in there computers, yet when we go to the floor the product is nowhere to be found and the associate just shrugs his shoulders and says, "they do this all the time." He then repeats that he can make me a deal on the other product, which I turn down again and leave.in the end I lost a lot of time and felt cheated because they baited me with quality and offered me inferior product which as far as their computers are concerned they have the product.
