Refund Demanded After Epilepsy Question Went Unanswered, No Contact Found

I ask for medical advice on the condition of epilepsy. I was informed to pay a fee (£26) before a doctor could reply. I waited for a few hours without a reply.
The following day I contacted JustAnswer & demanded a refund. I was informed that this would be dealt with. Since then I have tried to find an address or phone number (UK no) without success.
