Satisfaction guarantee not honored and no way to get money back

JustAnswer.com purports to offer satisfaction guaranteed, but won't honor it.
Their web site first offered automotive advice to me for $16, then further on wanted a $25 deposit.
Their web site SAYS they charged me $20, but there does not seem to be a way to get the other $5 back, or for that matter any money back.
I've not seem my credit card bill, so who knows what they really charged me.
In any case they claim I "accepted" the automotive advice, and there is no way to get a refund. Some satisfaction guarantee!
I don't understand how they have a BBB rating of A when then have literally hundreds of complaints about their charges and guarantee, except that the BBB rates BBB "members" high even with a ton of complaints.
