Consumer Report

I had a bad accident which left me unable to rewrite a report for my college, I asked the seller for a price to re-write my work. I accepted their offer and sent my report and paid with PayPal.
After 30 days i recieved an E-mail asking for an extension which was no problem as my college knew i was injured and gave me another 21 days. The seller kept asking for an extension because of various technical and personal problems until after about 50 days they stopped answering my mails completely now after asking for a refund and getting nowhere I asked Paypal to get involved their reponse is "after 45 days no chance"
So out by £400 and cannot get hold of the person because of data protection act. Only way is a private prosecution which will mean more expense. Crooked seller new the rules and played the system to make money and PayPal ensures they get away with it.
