Since I recieved the lap top I have had problems with it first the battrie had to be replace it would not say charge and had to be sent back to dell, secondly in May I had a problem with the program soft wear programs. I called textsupport and from
April to October 5 they clamed to fix the and the nevery did they kept scamming until today they said my warnty on the soft wear, warnty need to be renewed. I feel that they made me think the problem was fix but never was fix. I had to send this Lap top in to be fix September 15 they sent it back with stated that the install a new hard drive and OS was installed. When I got the computer back the soft wear was not installed I called dellSept 29 and the a dell person remote controled in to my computer and installed it in wrong. I called them Oct 5 and the stated that I would need to pay for a soft wear warnty that came to $399.99. I feel they put me off and miss lead me in thing that they are taking of the issues and they never did, they used people outside the US and they are trained well in convincing you that they have your best intrest in fixing your laptop, but the don't. I feel if the problem was never fix they should honer that warnty that you have. They say that they have satisfaction guarantee.
