Sears broken washing machine - sears repai

2 weeks to wait for the repair of a washing machine. I get the run around. Who do we go to? I'm so fed up. The repairman came and the washer wasn't fixed. I call back and am told it would be another two weeks. Call service and talk to supervisor. Get me in for Monday. Monday comes and goes and no repairman. Repairman calls and says he will come Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes, no repairman. Call service. I'm down for Friday without even contacting me!
