I scheduled an appointment for sears home services to come out and look at our TV which stopped working. They called (on the scheduled date) to indicate they would arrive at a certain time. The repairman showed up a few minutes in advance (which was great) and asked a few questions to get a handle of the problem. He got to the root cause and solved the problem. The only comment i have is big time kudos to the repairman. I'm in customer service at my employ and know first hand how important good customer service skills are.
