Bad Building Contracto

We hired this company to build an addition to our home. They started badly, not digging the basement deep enough and undermining our existing foundation and proceeded to make endless errors in dimensions, floor heights and the to cap it off the roof was not done correctly as shown in the plans. The 3 months that they were building they left a mess every day and in that time had not even closed the roof in (during early winter). We fired them and he gave us an outrageous bill, eventually putting a lien on our property which we have had to defend against. The result of this has been very detrimental financially and emotionally.
