Defective Phones Exchanged With Fees and No Loaner Without 50 Dollars

I have a gone through a total of 3 phone in the past year... Two in which where defective and they keep charging me to exchange the defected phone and now I can't even get a loaner phone without having to pay another $50.00!!! And to top it off I'm losing business because I have no phone and even if I get loaner phone I can't get access to the web but I'm still paying the same for web connection and the only way out... So they say it to upgrade. WOW!!! Is this a scam or what??? T mobile!
