This was the worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. My son purchased a magazine form the Kapowwe which came defective and never worked. First, you cannot speak to a human being. They will not answer the phone so if you have a problem, you can only email. Secondly, after I returned the product and they sent me a new one they would not reimburse me for my shipping costs. Their website is confusing for returns and there is noone to help you if you have questions. After several emails, they made it very clear that they would not refund my $12 it cost me to return the defective item. I will never deal with them again.
