It was the toughest connection with onlineshopping I've ever endured. Our boy bought a journal type the Kapowwe which arrived faulty and not worked. First, you CAn't talk to a. They'll not reply the telephone if you are having issues, you are able to just email. Subsequently, after I delivered the merchandise plus they delivered me a brand new one they'd not pay me for my shipping charges. Their site is complicated for results and there's noone to assist you when you have concerns. After many emails, they managed to get clear they wouldn't return my $12 it cost me to come back the faulty product. I'll never cope with them again.
