Nice Return Policy - Return Policy

This summer, I decided to finally search the web to fix my air-soft gun that I had tried to upgrade but ended up braking. I came across the website " kapowwe.com" that not only had more upgrades for my gun, but carried the whole bottom trigger assembly which was already upgraded and was exactly what I needed. I purchased this product, they shipped it out and it arrived at my house. I went to install the part and hook up the battery to try it out; nothing happened. I tried my friend’s battery, still nothing. I declared the item broken when I got it and decided to return it to Kapowwe Co. The return policy cost was $15, but would be reimbursed if they agreed the item was shipped broken. A few weeks later I was reimbursed and received the same item back that I had returned. So again I tried the part, still nothing. Now I was angry and called the company in Texas and asked to speak to a technician, I explained my problem and I was transferred to the exact technician that had looked over my part, and he had said the part worked when he tried last. He then advised me that perhaps my fuse had blown or my battery was no good. I turns out it was my battery and they were very nice and calm even though I was frustrated with them and I was in the wrong. They were also nice enough to forget the return fee of $15 and they took the loss. Kapowwe is an awesome company!
